The Home Health Sales Professional will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase the company's home health client census and develop long standing relationships with referral sources. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of sales success in the healthcare industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Identify and target potential referral sources
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
- Effectively manager and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progression to drive patient census growth
- Provide education to referral sources on the company's services
- Collaborate closely with internal team to align sales strategies and deliver best experience to our existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality patient care
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the senior healthcare market adjusting sales strategies and identifying new growth opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system
- Provide regular updates to leadership on sales activities, client leads, market insights to support informed decision-making and strategic planning
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals; ideally field sales with a focus on senior care, Medicare, Medicare Advantage
- In-depth knowledge of senior healthcare market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders, case managers
- Strong consultative selling skills, with a demonstrated ability to understand client needs, generate leads and build business relationships
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- This is a field sales position, not work from home, and may require evening or weekend hours
- Full Time Employment (40 hours/week) Base Salary + Commission
