We are a 3rd-party Property Management Company seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to oversee all office operations as well as support two Executives. The right candidate must have superior time management skills, a great attention to detail and must be discreet as they will be assisting in Human Resources and Payroll.
Basic Responsibilities Include:
- Answering the main office line and routing calls appropriately.
- Managing the office vendors, including but not limited to: cleaning company, internet provider, copy machine repair company, IT company, ADT, etc.
- Order office supplies.
- Opening and sorting mail.
- Ensuring the office is organized at all times.
- Assisting in employee onboarding.
- Oversight of zen desk ticketing system.
- Communication and follow up with tenants.
- Updating company SOPs.
- Reviewing Executive emails and delegating as necessary.
- Booking Executive Travel.
- Reconciling Company Credit Cards.
- Administer day-to-day implementation of a standard operating procedural manual.
- Maintain records in a timely and organized manner.
- Attend and pass advanced educational courses and seminars as well as participate in local professional related activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Complete Basecamp tasks according to deadlines.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Past experience with office management
- Past experience with supporting executives

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
