Findlay Warehousing is a smaller family owned warehousing and logistics business looking to add another person to our team. Our office clerks are the main go-to for our operation. They provide front line customer service between our employees and our customers directly to help make sure we keep loads moving as efficiently as possible.
Primary Job Duties
- Answer phones
- Check drivers in and out
- Schedule appointments
- Generate orders in our warehouse management system
- Generate orders in our customer's portals
- Basic use off Microsoft Office 365
Requirements:
- 1 year of Microsoft Office experience in a business environment
- Computer and internet experience
- Good people skills and friendly phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask
- Note taking and organization
Job Type: Full-time
- Tuesday - Saturday 2:30pm - 11pm
- Overtime hours available on Sunday's and Monday's
