NOA Diagnostics is a leading provider of X-Ray and Ultrasound services to skilled nursing facilities, Assisted Living facilities and home care patients. We are currently looking for a full time customer service representatives for rotating schedule.
Week 1 – Sunday 7am-5:30pm, Mon & Tues 11:30am-10pm
Week 2 – Wednesday & Thurs – 11:30am-10pm, Saturday 7am-5:30pm
The Customer Service Representative’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Understanding of computer based applications, email and standard applications such as Microsoft
- First point of contact for clients calling to schedule exams
- Monitoring faxed order and electronic order queue’s
- Intake of patient demographic and insurance information
- Input patient orders into our operating system
- Scheduling of exams for our field personnel
- Tracking and managing the completion of procedures, saving support documentation
- General administrative tasks, such as accepting deliveries and coordinating equipment purchases and repairs
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Medical Background preferred
- Clerical or administrative support background or experience working in a call center environment.
- Ability to multi-task at a high level
- Quick and accurate computer skills
- Ability to speak in a clear and understandable manner
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
- Ability to work independently as part of a virtual team
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with co-workers, Management Staff, and Client
