We are looking to hire a Client Account Manager that will be responsible for client account management, client retention and identifying the evolving needs of our clients demands.
The Client Account Manager will be involved in driving revenue generated for our clients by working with customers who have inquired about our services to better suit their current needs. As a Client Account Manager, you will also be responsible for new business opportunities, increasing market share, and engaging with customers to build strong rapport for long lasting relationships and clientele. The Client Account Manager will also work with our internal teams to be multi-skilled in all aspects of business including but not limited to customer service, sales, business development, and management. Our company is not looking for just anyone to fill this role, we are looking for a Client Account Manager who will focus beyond just maintaining relationships with customers but really fostering them. Our customers are extremely important to us and we want to ensure they have full service satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage technical knowledge on services our client offer so that when working with customers there is a full understanding to be able to manage accounts and provide proper solutions as needed
- Ability to develop and maintain long term relationships with customers to build client loyalty, achieve positive customer feedback, and increase client retention
- Proactively prospect new customer acquisitions to expand business and develop new business opportunities within the market
- Adaptable when working with customers to listen to their needs and adjust accordingly in any given situation, including being able to process any sales or provide support on customer questions
- Develop and implement any sales strategies that will allow the business to drive and exceed revenue generated
- Stay up to date on new services offered by the company and client allowing our Client Account Managers to evolve in customer needs and be a superior consulting firm
Qualifications:
- A highschool diploma or equivalency
- Prior experience in a account manager, customer/client facing or sales role is encouraged
- Ability to consistently achieve positive results with a strong focus on analytics is a plus
- Time management and detail orientation is important when managing customer accounts and following training schedules
- High level of proficiency and professionalism to properly communicate benefits, service upgrades, and other related information our clients offer during any account management or sales process
- Ability to work flexible hours

Pay: $47,600.00 - $57,400.00 per year
