Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, building rapport and trust through regular communication and support.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and goals related to real estate transactions, providing personalized assistance and guidance.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies and initiatives to increase satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term relationships.
- Proactively contact clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify additional services or support opportunities.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and issues, resolving them efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop client-focused content and materials to support retention efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client retention, customer service, or account management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Deep knowledge of real estate processes, transactions, and market trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing a positive client experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated empathy and patience in addressing client needs and concerns
Compensation:
- Full-time position
- $20 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm
