Total Access & Mobility, located in West Chester, PA has been Installing & Repairing Stairlifts, Wheelchair Lifts and Elevators in PA/NJ/DE & MD successfully for over 25 years. This Office position will be 40 hours per week. Individuals MUST have knowledge of Quick Books and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Experience with ACT and Field Force (Field Service Handheld Tablets) is a plus. Position will entail assisting in managing projects, answering phones making calls to builders for site readiness etc. Qualifications include superior interpersonal skills concerning Customer Support & Relationships and Strong Organizational Skills. Salary will be adjusted with level of experience.
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Answering and routing phone calls

- Assisting current staff
