We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Handle incoming calls and emails customers
- Provide information about products and services
- Process jobs and schedule them
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
