Primary Responsibilities

- Help customer's set-up and make changes to their lighting system.
- Analyze customer's electrical drawings and recommend products to suit their lighting needs.
- Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical inquiries, and solutions provided.
- Trouble-shoot lighting issues.
- Provide in-depth information regarding our lighting system to potential customers.
- Collaboration with other departments (e.g., engineering, sales) to resolve complex issues.
- Meeting response and resolution time targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and best practices to continuously enhance technical knowledge and support capabilities.
