We are looking to add a Customer Service / Recruiter who is bilingual in Spanishto our growing team due to client demand!

The Customer Service / Recruiter (bilingual Spanish) will help to recruit candidates for our open positions in the warehouse, construction/demolition, clerical and skilled employees, etc.
Monday through Friday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm.
Customer Service / Recruiter role (bilingual Spanish) is required to be bilingual in Spanish
The ideal candidate will be open to working Saturdays. Alternating every other Saturday.
The ideal Customer service / Recruiter / Bilingual Spanish will be able to work overtime if needed due to client demand
Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
Experience in the recruiting field is a BIG plus
Individuals must have strong communication / Client Relationship building skills, and an excellent phone personality.
Some of the duties of the Customer Service Representative / Recruiter / Bilingual Spanish
will include:
Helping applicants fill out their employment application
Answering phone calls
Recruiting temporary employees
Data Entry
Frequent cold-calling and appointment setting
Call existing customers to generate repeat sales
Assist new applicants with the employment process, answer questions and qualify potential temporary employees for eligibility to work
Assist with dispatch by preparing work tickets, distributing safety equipment, selecting employees for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location
Assist in processing payroll
Taking accurate customer orders over the phone
Additional Job Requirements:
Customer Service / Recruiter will have their own reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.
Clean background (Background check will be done upon hiring process)
Clean driving record (Must present driving record)
Be professional under tough circumstances.
Willing to learn and help out as a team member.
An entry-level position starts at $17.00 with plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
