Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description:Our atelier team is eagerly searching for a Human Resources Coordinator to manage our hiring process and administrative operations. This teammate will be vital to growing and maintaining our in-person team at the NYC showroom, as well as expanding our remote team.
Candidates with experience in our field or similar trade/home furnishings roles and SEO are particularly exciting.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all job listings on current platforms and identifying opportunities to expand our presence on other platforms relevant to our industry.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with team calendars to ensure seamless scheduling processes.
- Following up with interviewees and providing timely feedback on their applications.
- Assisting with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- SEO experience applied to job listings is extremely preferable
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
