Position Overview:
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles within our organization. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for corporate positions as well as operational roles in our restaurants. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry and a proven track record of recruiting for diverse roles from hourly operations to salaried corporate.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding for corporate and operations roles.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone / video screens and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, including negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding.
Recruitment Metrics:
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Employer Branding:
- Promote Los Tacos NO. 1 as an employer of choice through various initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Attend career fairs and networking events to attract talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the QSR or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to recruit for a variety of roles, including corporate and operational positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits
This position will have a base annual salary in the range of 60K to 80K. In addition, this position will be eligible for the following benefits:
