Position Summary:
As an Experienced Ford Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Your in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles, commitment to customer satisfaction, and strong sales skills will contribute to the overall success of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences. Provide information on Ford vehicles, features, and benefits.
- Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. Conduct test drives, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Ford vehicle models, features, and technologies. Effectively communicate product information to customers and address any inquiries.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively seeking out potential customers, following up on leads, and leveraging existing customer relationships.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain a positive dealership reputation.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a successful automotive sales consultant, preferably with a focus on Ford vehicles.
- In-depth knowledge of Ford vehicle models, features, and specifications.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Experience:
- Must have previous experience in Ford automotive sales
