Clinical Supervisor - First Call for Chittenden County:
As a member of the leadership team, the Clinical Supervisor provides clinical and administrative oversight to our 24/7 program. First Call responds to mental health emergencies, with the philosophy that the caller defines the crisis. The population served includes youth and adults in Chittenden County, other family members or natural supports, Howard Center staff, medical and mental health care providers, law enforcement, schools and other community partners.
Managers are responsible for daily operations and clinical oversight of the program. Duties include internal and external training, direct clinical service, shift coverage, and direct staff supervision. To be considered for this position, you must have a master's degree, and have a reliable vehicle with an acceptable driving history. Some evening/weekend hours required.
Responsibilities:

Provides oversight of daily program operations

Direct intervention with clients who are in the program

Supervise program staff

Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of staff
Requirements:

Master's degree

Three years of professional experience, and demonstrated ability to de-escalate crisis situations

One year of supervisory experience

Valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle
