A commercial property management firm is searching for experienced Handyman with Construction and Customer Service experience. The job involves evaluating and if possible repairing various issues arising from the normal operation of commercial and residential buildings. Most of the jobs are in the San Diego area.
The successful candidate must have 5+ years of Construction experience. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and Painting with an airless sprayer required. This job also offers growth opportunity with vacation and medical insurance. Customer Service skills, have a reliable vehicle and have basic knowledge of computers is a PLUS.
