We have an immediate opening for a full-time BCBA Program Supervisor position! This BCBA will provide ABA support throughout Seattle and/or Bellevue in a variety of service settings including home, clinic, school, and community. Responsibilities:
· Administer, conduct, and evaluate skill assessments, functional behavior assessments, and functional analysis.
· Develop treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
· Update and submit treatment plan to request ongoing authorization for services.
· Collaborate, consult, and provide training for parents, and other related-service providers (e.g., OT, teachers, SLP).
· Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians in areas of program implementation, data collection, behavior reduction management.
· Provide oversight to client behavior analytic programs.
· Participate in monthly BCBA team meeting and individual meetings with Clinical Director(s).
· Stay up-to-date with current research in ABA, autism, and related fields.
Job Requirements:
· Master’s degree in special education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis.
· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required, with 3+ years of supervision and case management experience.
· Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential issued by Washington State Department of Health. Current employees must maintain an active credential status for their employment duration.
· 5+ years experience working with children with ASD and/or other developmental disabilities in a variety of settings (e.g., home, clinic, school).
· Experience working with challenging behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement, non-compliance).
· Strong data, analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with conflict resolution.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent time management skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
