Compensation: Salary $50K-$60K + Commission
Reports To: Sales Manager

We aim to help our clients control their facilities as efficiently and sustainably as possible. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales team and streamline our sales processes.
Position Overview: The Sales Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing various aspects of the sales process. This includes assisting in estimating, contracting, billing, and day-to-day paperwork, ensuring that our sales representatives can focus on building relationships and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Estimating: Work with the sales team to develop accurate estimates for projects and services.
- Contract Management: Manage the lifecycle of sales contracts, including preparation, execution, and storage.
- Billing: Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely billing for completed projects.
- Documentation: Collect and manage all necessary documentation for sales transactions, including customer information, project details, and compliance requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes and workflows.
- Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and analytics to support sales strategy and decision-making.
- Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to sales operations and documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role. Commercial Construction B2B Experience Preferred
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
