International Registries, Inc. (IRI) has an opening for a Marketing and Office Assistant in its Long Beach office to support the Marketing Department and Long Beach office.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- PowerPoint presentations production for all levels of personnel, utilizing company brand standards and approval process, and ensuring content and formatting are consistent.
- Assist in proofreading and editing publications, articles, brochures, flyers, etc., utilizing company brand standards and approval process.
- Assist in making minor text changes to the company website.
- Work with other team members on the development and maintenance of contact databases, list cultivation, and segmentation, where necessary.
- Updating of corporate website.
- Creating and tasking out projects in Asana.
- Creating, with approved templates, videos and static graphics for social media use.
- General office duties including ordering, purchasing, preparing and shipping packages, answering phones, etc.
- Hourly rate range is $28.84 to $36.05.
