Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Tech Program Group Manager for its Irving, TX location.
Duties: Develop scalable and high-volume solutions for Digital Banking platform. Work with software engineering teams to develop and launch new products, features, and programs. Perform software design discussions with Engineering, User Experience (UX), Legal, Business, Solution Architects and Testing teams to identify gaps and gather requirements for software features. Implement the CI/CD pipeline and DevOps through Jenkins, automated unit testing, and integration testing. Support the adoption of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD). Develop software applications, features, and programs in the technology stack of Angular/Java UI Web application using REST Microservices and backend database components. Plan agile standups, demos, retrospectives, and execution of sprints. Manage full systems development life cycle of technology projects. Deploy software components into production environments, release management, and perform quality control activities and optimization of web applications. Create project plans and monitor project risks. Contribute to technical strategies, design choices, execution plans, platforms, and associated developer tooling for Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) necessary to deliver the digital solutions needed to drive customer intimacy and growth. Develop a deep understanding of platforms, integration patterns, organizational capabilities, and company-wide assets that can be leveraged to provide rich customer experiences while building embedded solutions. Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver best experiences and capabilities. Monitor capacity, demand, execution, delivery, and hygiene via key performance indicators including capacity, demand, backlog, velocity, quality, project throughput, spend, regulatory compliance, and application security. Ensure execution aligns with regulatory requirements while working to simplify and automate the necessary and auditable “paperwork” and processes. Establish collaborative and productive relationships with product management, governance, UX design, vendors, and other supporting teams. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Ten (10) years of experience must include: Developing and deploying software programs into production Go-Live environments through complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Creating business, technical requirements, and process flow designs using JIRA, and Team Foundation Server (TFS) applications; Collaborating with Product and Business teams to create user story backlog using agile/scrum methodology; Enabling organizational business process metrics by creating comprehensive queries using Oracle, DB2, and Splunk applications; Developing software data models and visualization metrics dashboards using Tableau, SAS, and Microsoft Excel applications; Driving organizational change by analyzing and updating technology and identifying process gaps through data analysis using SQL server and Microsoft Visio applications; and Enabling software and infrastructure deployments (DevOps) and reviewing technology controls using software development best practices. 40 hrs./wk.
