**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for shaping young minds. The Preschool Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the preschool, including curriculum development, staff management, budgeting, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our students. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement a comprehensive preschool curriculum that aligns with the needs of our students and promotes their cognitive, social, and emotional development. - Manage and lead a team of teachers, assistants, and support staff to ensure a high-quality educational experience for our students. - Collaborate with teachers to plan and execute engaging and educational lessons and activities. - Oversee and maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility that meets the needs of our students and staff. - Develop and manage budgets to ensure the effective allocation of resources for the preschool program. - Implement strategic planning to achieve the preschool's goals and objectives. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents and the community to ensure the preschool's programs meet their needs and expectations. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the preschool program and make necessary adjustments to improve its quality. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. - Master's degree in Education Administration or a related field preferred. - Proven experience as a preschool director or in a similar leadership role. - Strong educational background and knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. - Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of educators and support staff. - Experience with budgeting and financial management. - Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the preschool's goals and objectives. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
