Under direction of the Director of the Life Skills Training Center, the Inclusion Works Coordinator is responsible for planning and supervising the Inclusion Works programming, training and employment.
How you can help us:
· Serve as the main point of contact for Inclusion Works- a specialized vocational training and employment program for adults with Special Needs
· Hire, onboard and train new employees as Café Assistants; including initial and ongoing training
· Communicate the value of the Inclusion Works Program to prospective candidates, both one-on-one and in large groups
· Coordinate training professionals to train employees on kitchen skills and hospitality
· Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase funding/ revenue streams
· Build relationships with local employers to place employees trained by Inclusion Works
· Vision for future growth as well as keeping the program deliverables above the curve.
· Act as a liaison between caterer, customers and café staff as needed.
· Other duties as directed by supervisor
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· 3-5 years’ experience with demonstrated program development and staff supervision in an inclusive or exclusive special needs setting
· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
· Food service experience required
· Communication skills including strong interpersonal skills with clients, staff and parents, as well as the ability to speak, read and write effectively.
· Exhibit patience, initiative, enthusiasm, resourcefulness and strong attention to detail.
· Able to effectively develop, document and implement behavior management protocols.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook.
· Ability to provide leadership and motivation to staff and work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
