In this role, you'll support businesses by identifying and nurturing potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and generating sales opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on Capnow products and solutions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell Capnow's services
- Guide prospects and clients through the process, ensuring they qualify to do business with Capnow
- Cultivate meaningful relationships, provide excellent service, and secure repeat business
- Develop long-term relationships and understanding client's needs and goals
- Ensure proper collection of documents and manage closing schedules
- Work closely with the operations team during the closing process
- Close new deals by contacting potential partners in a lead-generated environment
- Lead the sales team by providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve collective goals
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and effectively convey product information
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections
