In this position, you’ll be the primary point person for our clients, answering their questions and helping guide their projects toward success. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service through email and video calls. You’ll help troubleshoot their HubSpot questions, manage their marketing projects, and provide timely project updates. This position services both ongoing retainer relationships and one-time HubSpot onboarding projects. For onboarding clients, you will be responsible for helping them strategically set up their HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs. You’ll host regular meetings with them wherein you’ll train them on HubSpot tools, plan out their data migration or integration, and update them on the status of outstanding deliverables. You’ll work closely with our Operations Specialists and Solutions Coordinators to ensure the proper execution of all onboarding projects.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of client management experience
- At least 1 year of hands-on HubSpot experience
- Related Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong communication skills
- 1-on-1 and group training and presentation skills

- Be ready to ask questions. You can never ask too many questions!
- Be willing to say when you’re stuck or you don’t know what to do.
- Work well with a team and on your own.
- Take notes fiendishly when receiving instructions (this is really important).

- Be able to communicate professionally with both our team and our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize HubSpot portal setup across multiple Hubs
- Train clients on how to use HubSpot tools
- Troubleshoot HubSpot implementation issues
- Host regular Zoom meetings with clients

- Communicate client expectations and needs to our internal team
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HubSpot trends and best practices
