For over 25 years, Wasp Barcode Technologies has been the leading provider of software, hardware, and consumables for inventory management and asset tracking servicing organizations of all sizes and across the globe.
We are adding to our sales team and looking for an Enterprise Account Manager who will focus on expanding Wasp’s business in existing enterprise sized accounts.
Job Description
· Lead sales efforts within assigned accounts, focusing on the customer’s entire business rather than one specific person.
· Leverage existing relationships to create additional sales by understanding the needs of the customer and Wasp’s product offerings.
· Establish rapport with key stakeholders to grow the size of accounts over time and win Enterprise deals.
· Research new opportunities and ways to expand the accounts. This includes identifying and developing key sales strategies to improve productivity and drive revenue growth.
· Make sales presentations to customer and prospects at all levels and in a variety of departments (such as Operations, Supply Chain, IT, etc.) of the assigned accounts.
· Provide excellent customer service. Act as a liaison between the customer and other departments at your company.
Requirements
· At least 5 years of recent experience selling SaaS solutions to multiple departments within Fortune 1000 companies.
· Experience running a consultative sales process, identifying customer pain points and architecting a solution that best aligns with the customer’s needs.
· Experience with ‘land and expand’ - Interface and develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects throughout the entire organizational and at multiple levels.
· Successful results in leveraging existing relationships to grow each account.
· Requires an entrepreneurial spirit with a tolerance for ambiguity and complexity.
· Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
· Experience using CRM, forecasting and outreach tools – preferably Salesforce. Maintain accurate sales and revenue forecasts.
· Bachelor's degree. May consider experience in lieu of degree.
