The Program Manager, Operations role is responsible for streamlining operating processes and ensuring the consistency of delivery for operations and practice teams across the nation. The position will be the operations voice for key Imagen scale initiatives, ensuring optimization and efficiency for field employees. The Program Manager, Operations will also play a key role in facilitation of key operations meetings, drive change management, and facilitate all pilot programs.
*This is a hybrid, in person role at the Scottsdale, AZ support center office.*
Responsibilities:
- Presentation and content creation support for operations leadership, including monthly reporting, operator training and ad hoc presentations.

Facilitation of monthly meetings and trainings, new employee onboarding and tactical training on certain projects.

Provides operational expertise and representation to support tooling, resourcing, programs, technology, etc. to be used by broader operations teams.

Manages pilot programs in partnership with various functions to ensure consistency, proper roll-out, training and communication plans.

Ad-hoc analysis/tracking to support broader initiatives.

Manages change management process as outlined by Director of Operations Enablement and COO, partnering with functions for upcoming practice-facing changes.

Partner with tech team on getting data to the right operators at the right time.

Administer quality assurance and deliver process enhancements to improve operator impact.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Operating experience in multi-site healthcare or other field-based services industries to ensure training and programs align with operator responsibilities.

Strong program management expertise to be organized, move quickly, and juggle multiple priorities.

Knowledge of dental operations and dental practice management systems is preferred

Ability to successfully train others to understand and execute on new materials and concepts.

Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations and facilitate meetings.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.

Experience with FreshService or similar ticketing and knowledge repository platforms.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Normal bending, stooping and lifting required. Must be able to visually interpret written text, prepare written documents, communicate via telephone and use a variety of computer-based business applications.

Office, normal noise levels, comfortable temperature, no extreme conditions. Business casual attire required.
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that we are unable to consider applicants from all states and the position may not be performed remotely from states such as California, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Jersey City, NJ, and Washington D.C.
