Job Description:
The Licensed Clinical Psychologist / Clinical Supervisor serves as both a clinician and a team lead supervising a group of master level clinicians. The Licensed Clinical Psychologist / Clinical Supervisor will spend approximately half of their time engaged in direct clinical care and the other half performing supervisory activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide empirically supported treatment via Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Supervise a team of master level clinicians
- Train and support new clinical staff from onboarding onward using resources from LOA’s Clinical Training Institute
- Oversee the clinical quality of supervisees
- Provide ongoing support, treatment planning and care coordination for all supervised cases
- Join and assist with supervisee sessions when clinically appropriate
- Provide weekly small group supervision and individual case consultations as needed for supervisees
- Maintain an intimate and working knowledge of all clinical and operational policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented by all supervisees
- Serve as LOA Ambassador and effectively represent LOA culture, expectations, offerings and policies to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with LOA administrative leadership to create performance improvements and staff development plans for supervisees as necessary
- Participate in an on-call rotation for all LOA clients (during business hours)
- Participate in supervisees' annual performance reviews and provide feedback on strengths and opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to ongoing clinical staff training by leading training or creating organizational resources
- Attend weekly meetings with leadership to discuss supervisee needs and operational updates
- Others duties as assigned

Schedule
- Flexible work arrangements, including one fully virtual day

Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist or eligible Doctoral Degree
- Experience and/or a strong interest in providing clinical supervision, leadership, especially in the training and development of clinical staff
- Interest in specializing in CBT for Anxiety
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
