Job Description:
As the IHOP Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IHOP location. Your primary duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and driving profitability. You will lead by example, fostering a positive work environment, and upholding our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of kitchen and service staff.
- Set and maintain quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Monitor and control operating costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement business strategies and achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced casual dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
