Innovative Therapy Concepts is searching for a team member to join our company in our Central Office located in Hawkinsville, GA. Previous experience with insurance verification and authorization is a plus but not required to apply. This position requires an individual to verify benefits for patients after our clinics have received a Physical or Occupational therapy prescription from a Physician. This individual would also be responsible for communicating with the front desk representative for the respective clinic regarding authorizations necessary for patients. Communication with our internal Billing team for the respective clinic will occur daily to ensure quality operations.
