Shift/Pay Rate: Monday - Friday (9am to 5:30pm): $19/hour
Responsibilities:
- Quote and source products for customers utilizing a contact database
- Communicate by phone and email with vendors and customers
- Support the account Managers in an Administrative role
- Assist with order processing and customer communication by phone & e-mail
- Assist with paperwork processing, providing necessary account information, messaging clients on behalf of the Sales Reps, etc.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent oral and verbal communication along with basic selling skills
- Office/Administrative experience with sales support experience
- Effectively communicate with a wide range of potential customers and all levels of personnel while demonstrating patience, persistence, and flexibility
- Professional customer and internal team communication skills (verbal and written communication needs to be strong)
- Perform receptionist & administrative tasks simultaneously
- Driver’s License required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred
