Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome parents and students in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and messages promptly and accurately
- Manage incoming and outgoing request information emails
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Schedule appointments and maintain My Music Staff Calendar
- Assist teachers with the material of the classes
- Process payments and send receipts
- Handle social media advertising
- Assist with project coordination as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and the music school in general
- Schedules will be Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am - 3:00pm
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Previous experience in a receptionist role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Canva, and Microsoft Office
- Manage our Social Media
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
