Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing accounts through buying and selling, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent multitasking skills, and have a strong ability to juggle many moving parts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Buying and Selling: Oversee the buying and selling processes, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality product offerings.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and maintaining open communication.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the supply chain, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination and efficient operations.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to present to senior management.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any challenges that arise in the sales process or customer accounts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in the produce or related industry.
- Education: University graduate with relevant sales skills.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and computer literacy.
- Languages: Proficient in English and Spanish; knowledge of an Asian language is an asset.
- Multitasking: Exceptional ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
