This job requires candidates to handle multiple tasks and potentially move from project to project. Responsibilities may vary, so candidates must be flexible in this position. Healthcare industry experience is highly desired. The Senior Project Manager manages all business implementation aspects of a project, from start to finish, to ensure it is completed on time. Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of processes, situations, and/or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, designs, and communication. The Senior Project Manager implements an operational plan to complete the project, monitors progress and performance against the project plan, and takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. They identify, develop, and gather resources to complete the project and prepare designs and work specifications. The Senior Project Manager also develops and drives project schedules, manages RAID items, works with stakeholders to drive requirements, and ensures timely completion.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 or more years of experience in Medicaid and/or Medicare.
- 4 or more years of project leadership experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
