Responsibilities:
- Administer routine daily medications, either prescription or non-prescription, to residents. Perform medication reconciliation.
- Coordinate with different nurses/Hospice companies to assist with patient care and medications.
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Respond to resident emergency call signals, pager systems to identify resident needs.
- Record medication dosages & times. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems.
- Observe residents and document changes in their condition. Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
Experience:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is required.
- Able to work flexible schedule including rotating weekends.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
- Knowledge of medical & pharmacological terminology and procedures.
- Experience in hospice care, assisted living, senior care, or memory care is a plus.
Skills:

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
