The Lodge At Cloudcroft is looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent with a friendly and welcoming disposition to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming Guests upon Arrival
- Answering phones in a fast paced environment
- Registering/Checking Out Guests
- Managing Reservations
- Dates of Stay
- Payment Information
- Type of Accommodation Guest Requires
- Providing Information about Rooms, Rates and Amenities
- Liaise with Staff and other Professionals
- Provide Information about Our Hotel History and Amenities for Guests Touring our Hotel
- Respond to Guest Complains in a Professional Manner
- Process Request Forms
- Data Entry
- Light Office Cleaning/ Lobby Tidying/ Coffee Service
- Daily Audits of Hotel
Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast paced business setting with heavy phone inbound and outbound calls
- Process requests quickly and efficiently
- Processing and notating data paperwork
- Open/Close a shift
- Follow procedures and checklists
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to work well and assist co-workers
Shifts:
Night Audit 2 nights a week
3 Morning Shifts and/or Evening Shifts
Pay: $15/hr
