Being an entry-level Customer Service Ambassador involves more than the acquisition and sales process. We provide entry-level training on technology usage, consumer relations, product and service knowledge, and market preferences for you to utilize in customer interactions. Our partners at Frontier take the guesswork out of the initial process by administering pre-qualified leads and sharing insight on sales discounts and services for local neighborhoods. Our next Customer Service Ambassador will be working with our client to engage with and offer solutions to our neighbors in the regional communities.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Ambassador Role:
- Boost sales interactions by directly communicating client offerings and benefits to select community members in the local region
- Utilize knowledge of client discounts and benefits to determine qualifications and identify potential consumers for the programs
- Adequately explain wireless phone options, internet capabilities, qualified discounts, and bundling options with customers
- Assist qualified candidates in the application process by communicating with other entry-level Customer Service Ambassadors and utilizing client-provided technology devices
- Genuinely care about those in the community whom we are connecting with these services and provide the best customer service possible
- Develop a strong understanding of client procedures and opportunities through entry-level training and working with other members of the customer service and sales teams
- Discuss within teams regarding local experience and how we can adjust marketing tactics to service our consumers and clients better
Customer Service Ambassador Candidate Qualifications:
- Have an authentic mindset toward helping others, especially in the communications or technology realm
- Be able to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, clients, and other entry-level Customer Service Ambassadors alike
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 1-2 years of previous knowledge of customer service, sales, marketing, retail, or business preferred but not required
- Solid time management skills to ensure proper completion of daily tasks and weekly client expectations

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
