Position Summary: The Associate Human Resources Business Partner performs generalist Human Resources related duties at the entry professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas:, recruiting, employee relations, training, employment relations, compensation and benefits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Works with hiring managers to maximize recruiting success; develops job descriptions and coordinates related sourcing activities.
- Partner with the Lead HR Business Partner to develop and implement strategic recruitment programs including job fairs, at the line of business level, designed to attract, develop and retain a diverse, world-class, forward thinking workforce.

Screens and interviews applicants for organizational fit and applicable background and skills for all positions.

Evaluates job positions, compensation and recommends equitable salary practices to hiring managers; coordinates employment offers between applicant and hiring manager.

Works with management to identify training needs across the entire organization; provides various training to employees and management (i.e. Leadership, IDP, 3P & Corporate Compliance).
- Develops and updates procedures, and participates in periodic audits.
- Respond to employee relation issues relating to concerning salary / benefits, career development, policies and procedures, etc.
- Continually review and make suggestions to the Human Resources leaders on improvement for the programs, policies, practices and processes associated with Human Resources issues of the organization.

Provides value-added consultation to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues. Gives guidance to management for counseling and corrective actions that support business needs while promoting a fair and positive work environment and best practices of a performance driven business culture.

Support initiatives to support workplace satisfaction (i.e. Feedback Sessions, Skip Level, etc.).

Full administration and understanding of benefits, including but not limited to FMLA, MFLA, USERRA, Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Life, STD, LTD, COBRA, AFLAC, 401k.

Consultant to Employees upon requests for Leaves of Absence.

Support line of business managers in Company programs: 3P/Performance Review, Goal Setting, Salary Adjustments, talent development, etc…
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Education/Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Human Resources or a related field.

2+ years related experience in Human Resources required.
- Intermediate Skill with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and E-mail.
- Experience utilizing an HRIS platform.
Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred.
