Our dealership is seeking anAutomotive BDC Representative to add to our growing team. This person will focus on providing our service clients with world-class customer service on all inbound and outbound calls.
They will act as the “first line” of our dealership’s service and sales department by providing customers with a professional, courteous, and consistent experience though the use of effective telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities of Automotive Service Business Development Center Manager:
· Navigate through dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new service business
· Set service appointments through use of telephone script
· Field phone calls to/from current, potential, and unsold customers with desired goal of providing excellent customer service
· Follow-up with both sold and unsold customers to ensure their satisfaction
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align BDC activities with dealership goals and initiatives.
· Assist the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales
· Monitor BDC performance metrics, including lead response time, appointment setting, and closing ratios, and implement improvements as needed.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all interactions with leads and customers.
Qualifications for Automotive Service Business Development Center Manager:
· Great customer service ability with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
· Previous experience in automotive sales BDC management or similar role required.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
· Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
· Ability to converse with potential customers and generate rapport
· Able to follow processes with minimal supervision
· A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment
· Great attitude with high-energy personality
· Professional appearance and work ethic
