Overview:
Barclay Friends is continuing care community committed to providing excellent services to our residents! We are looking for motivated Chief Financial Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage, evaluate and analyze future and current financial operations at Barclay Friends.
The ideal candidate is responsible for all financial affairs of Barclay Friends as well as monitoring the financial position of the organization. The CFO conducts; the financial plans and policies, accounting practices, relationships with insurers, lending institutions and financial community. They will maintain the maintenance of fiscal records, and preparation of ancillary financial reports; also responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, internal controls, and budgetary controls.
Qualification & Experience:
Five - seven years of work experience in healthcare financial management required. Long-Term Care experience preferred. Supervisory experience required. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. CPA or MBA preferred. Experience with Medicare and Medicaid preferred. Strategic and analytical ability, business skills, honesty, patience, excellent written and oral communication skills, good people skills, team player, knowledge of computerized accounting systems.
