We are seeking a driven tax professional at Senior level to focus on supporting Partners at a high-profile global investment firm with personal tax planning needs, including international tax and cross-border matters. This role is part of an amazing tax & finance team, and the advancement opportunities are plentiful.
***The company doesn't expect candidates to know how to perform all of the responsibilities from day 1, however there should be interest to learn and ramp up on the complexities of the Partners’ tax matters. Ramp up takes about 1 year, and is achieved through formal trainings, shadowing peers, manager mentorship, starting with simpler tax international tax planning scenarios and gradually adding difficulty.

- Team Structure: position is part of a robust & growing team – there are 5 people on this Partner support tax team, about 20 total in tax globally. The role reports up to an excellent Director who loves to mentor. This position will have interaction with Senior leadership (Directors, VP / SVPs), outside tax advisors (especially on unique international tax scenarios), Partners and their families.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant taxation experience
- International Tax and cross border tax understanding
- Ability and desire to research complex tax guidance
- Ability to work with outside tax advisors in 20+ countries
- Can do attitude, excellent communication skills with desire to learn!

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
