Summary:
The primary role of a business systems analyst is to act as a liaison between the business and technical teams by analyzing process and system issues, and resolving data processing problems for applications and systems. The typical responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and reviewing computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. The candidate will be supporting the HR tech group at ****.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Support business analyst efforts by addressing daily bugs, enhancements, and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure key business operations are addressed by documenting processes, requirements, and business cases, and supporting the full project delivery lifecycle.
- Manage multiple work streams, including gathering information, planning, and executing projects/enhancements independently.
- Develop and maintain solution documentation (e.g., solution design, process flows, data models, technical specifications).
- Partner with Engineering to design technical solutions and translate business requirements.
- Educate and promote CRM standard procedures to ensure high-quality solutions aligned with the business's strategy.
- Quickly familiarize with internal tools and applications; track down information through documentation, subject matter experts, and thorough research.
- Participate in backlog grooming, attribute review, and approval processes.
- Create detailed test scripts, build test plans, and conduct internal testing with high-quality assurance.
- Support User Acceptance Testing, conduct training sessions, and troubleshoot defects.
- Develop training documentation and support change management initiatives.
