We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Education Coordinator to help our Marketing & PR team share the importance of organ and tissue donation. As the Community Education Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and coordinating educational programs that inspire others to give the gift of life. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage and motivate the community in a variety of settings including classrooms, community events, and more.
Job Responsibilities:

Develops educational materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and interactive activities, specifically designed for different age groups and educational settings.

Establish partnerships with schools to integrate organ and tissue donation education into their curriculum.

Provides audience-tailored presentations to raise awareness about organ and tissue donation.

Represents Live On Nebraska at community events.

Develops an annual education outreach plan.

Collaborates with the Marketing & PR team to develop and execute campaigns to increase donor registration.
Experience:

Associate's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with acute attention to detail.

Must be able to deliver a compelling message across various mediums.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Must be dedicated to the organization’s mission and vision to increase organ and tissue donation and transplantation.

Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance and the capability to travel long distances by vehicle and plane. This position requires the use of your own vehicle for transportation.
