**Overview:**
Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at our family owned hotel. We are seeking a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service to our guests.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Operate the phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software Autoclerk
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices

Pay: $18.74 - $21.00 per hour
