Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Scanning documents for record retention

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent proofreading skills for written correspondence and documents
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and other office software applications
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines efficiently
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
