Your Role
In this role, you will be the Implementation Specialist for our new and existing customers, helping to ensure a smooth experience from the day the customer agrees to do business with Nuvo to life cycle management. You will be responsible for project managing new projects, speaking with clients alongside our Sales team, collecting customer data, calling existing customers to seek opportunities, and building strong customer connections. You will partner closely with Nuvo Sales, Support, and Fulfillment teams throughout the implementation process to ensure alignment and high quality outcomes of solutions and services provided. Additionally, you are motivated by the day-to-day challenges that project management and customer service can create. You are an individual with high self-confidence, an entrepreneurial spirit, is driven, and is a natural at relationship building are attributes that we are seeking in this candidate.
Responsibilities
- Be 100% focused on world-class, highly effective new and existing customer onboarding experience.
- Initiate and manage onboarding & offboarding and document status updates with high attention to detail.
- Organize and sort customer data.
- Manage a high volume of communication and documentation for multiple clients.
- Maintain exceptional relationships with all stakeholders.
- Own the client relationship during the onboarding phase, and operate with a large amount of autonomy as you build and foster these relationships.
- Prepare and execute customer SOWs and Agreements
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure documents.
- Contact existing customers to seek feedback, identify potential opportunities, and engage with other Nuvo Teams accordingly.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer service or support role.
- Be a professional ambassador for the company.
- An understanding of B2B sales and Inside sales processes and methodology.
- Proficiency using CRM systems. Advanced experience in MS Office and/or Google Workspace required.
- Experience owning, managing, driving projects forward, and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Must be able to effectively articulate unique value propositions that resonate with customer needs. Comfort and ability to engage with and articulate value propositions to C-Level executives.
- Ability to work both independently and with other team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptable to a changing environment; champions change and influences others to change.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others. A natural inclination for building relationships.
- Deep understanding of the wireless industry is preferred.
- Background check is required.
