Title: Commercial HVAC Sales Associate
Compensation Range:
- Salary range: $55,000 -$75,000 depending on experience
- Targeted compensation range with salary + commission: $110,000 - $150,000
- Commission is UNCAPPED

About the Job: You love building relationships, solving problems and growing revenue. You want to be in the field with existing and potential customers so that you always have a pulse on what’s happening in the community. You will have an expense account and will be expected to use it to help strengthen relationships and win business.
Work You’ll Do:
- Forge ahead: Dive deep into the commercial HVAC market, identifying and nurturing fresh business opportunities.
- Build relationships: Cultivate strong connections with key industry players, including property managers, building owners, contractors, and facilities managers.
- Showcase our solutions: Engage clients through compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and insightful technical consultations to highlight the benefits of our HVAC offerings.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with our dedicated engineers, technicians, and customer support representatives to craft bespoke solutions that perfectly meet our clients’ specifications.
- Close deals: Craft and present persuasive sales proposals and quotes, adeptly negotiate terms, and seal the deal.
- Lead the charge: Efficiently manage the sales pipeline, monitor sales activities, and provide timely updates to management about performance metrics and market opportunities.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive actions to strategically position our brand.
- Expand our reach: Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our innovative products and enhance brand visibility.
- Champion customer satisfaction: Ensure a seamless sales experience by providing stellar service and support, including diligent post-sales follow-up.
- Exceed expectations: Surpass sales goals and targets through relentless drive and a commitment to achieving excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Industry Proficiency: HVAC certification or technical experience is highly desirable.
- Sales Mastery: Demonstrable success in commercial HVAC sales characterized by a robust track record in prospecting, lead generation, and deal closure.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems and components, backed by knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Negotiation Skills: Outstanding negotiation prowess with the ability to establish rapport, navigate challenges, and finalize agreements.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to varied audiences.
- Self-Driven Attitude: Highly motivated and results-oriented, able to independently advance sales objectives.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility and Mobility: Possession of a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and willingness to work flexible hours to meet client needs.
