Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns with respect and empathy

Answer phone calls in a timely and consistent manner

Manage email inboxes and provide online chat support

Create jobs, estimates, and quotes for customers

Develop and maintain knowledge of product information and pricing

Communicate effectively with our Dispatch team and Locksmith technicians

Transfer calls when necessary and provide the highest quality of customer service

High school diploma or equivalent

Availability to work morning/afternoon/evening shifts and Saturdays

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Google Software

Strong multitasking and detail-oriented abilities

Professional composure under all circumstances

Eagerness to learn and grow within the company

Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
