Water's Edge Resort and Spa is currently accepting applications for Hotel Front Desk Agents.
We are seeking candidates who are able to serve as our guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation with the highest of standards.
Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities along with promoting events within the resort.

Requirements:

2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry

Flexible schedule as shifts may include weekends, evenings and holidays

Must be 18 years or older

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Must have reliable transportation
