We are seeking skilled and reliable Truck Drivers to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials to various destinations. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring that our products are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
Work description:
We are currently looking for experienced long haul truck (OTR) drivers to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and an active medical-card
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial truck driver.
- Valid commercial driver's license and active medical card.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests and background checks, MVR.
Compensation:
Successful candidates will enjoy competitive compensation, including:
- $30 hour starting rate
Or hourly PLUS per load additional bonus option
- 6 day work week with weekly or biweekly pay.
- Payment of overtime at time and a half after 40 hours, with a limit of 60 hours.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various types of trucks, including, tractor-trailers, dryvans and flatbeds.
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other appropriate equipment
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents that occur during transportation
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules
Skills:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
- Proven experience driving various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, dryvans and flatbeds.
- Important ! Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles
- Strong knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to perform basic vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Strong communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and team member.
