Positive Momentum ABA is a Colorado-based BCBA owned company, providing in-home ABA services in the Denver Metro area (Denver, Littleton, Lakewood, Golden) that strives to create a collaborative, supportive, and engaging work environment. We are currently looking for a dedicated BCBA to join our team and help us provide high-quality services to our clients.
PMABA was created after our founder spent over 13 years studying and supporting various large scale, local, non-profit models of the market. She found that the best client services come from a staff team who is well-supported and committed to learning. Fast forward to today, PMABA is a local woman- owned company that strives to keep its team members motivated and avoid burnout that typically comes with higher billing requirements and rapid expansion. We never want to hear that a BCBA is considering leaving the field because they were not supported or was burnt out.
We have a collaborative approach to problem-solving, and everyone's ideas are welcomed and respected. One of the benefits of working for a small business in the ABA field is the ability to really get to know your clients. We take a personalized approach to our services, which allows us to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. This not only leads to better outcomes, but it also makes our work feel more meaningful and rewarding. We also believe in a strong work-life balance so that our staff can show up as their best selves for families.
We are currently looking for a dedicated BCBA to join our team and help us provide high-quality services to our clients. The BCBA is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating and monitoring/evaluation of the behavioral services, including functional analysis and assessment, skill-based assessment, development and delivery of treatment plans, and parent training. In addition, the BCBA is responsible for the clinical supervision and oversight of any Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) on their caseload including oversight of implementation of programming and documentation requirements.
