DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Work closely with Law firm staff to assist with front office Intake Department
● Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate person
● Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner
● Take accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable
● Maintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area
● Prepare documents for all new client appointments that are held in office.
● Prepare and send documents via e-sign, e-mail/mail, e-fax and upload corresponding
documents to client folders in case management software.
● Prepare all outgoing mail.
● Responsible for handling all incoming mail, faxes and intake e-mail; includes
scanning/dragging/dropping documents to corresponding case management mail folder.
● Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● No prior experience or training; Previous legal experience preferred.
● High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
● Certificates, licenses and registrations required: N/A
● Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite
● Other skills required: Phone inbound/outbound calling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
